Delete your account

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple: cancel yours first from your iPhone settings. See Manage your subscription.

1.Delete it from the app

  1. Open Sizr and go to Profile.
  2. Open Settings, tap Account, then Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2.What gets deleted

Your account, your game history, your streaks and your stats. Data we must keep by law (for example billing records held by Apple) is not affected.

3.No access to the app?

Email us at hello@get-sizr.app from the address linked to your Apple ID, or with your referral code (Profile › Invite friends), and we will delete your account for you.
