Sizr is published by NOCODABLE, 24 rue de La Jonquière, 75017 Paris, France. For any question about your data, email hello@get-sizr.app.

• Account. An anonymous account is created automatically. Sign in with Apple is optional, and Apple may hide your email address.
• Game data. Answers, scores, streaks, stats, chosen themes and settings (units, notifications).
• Subscription status.
• Advertising. Your advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when Apple asks, and your consent choices in Europe.
• Attribution and referral. Whether you installed from a link, and your referral code.
• Referral anti-fraud. Apple DeviceCheck stores two bits per device. No personal data.
• Usage and crashes. Aggregated usage statistics and crash reports.
• Notifications. Local only. We collect no push token.

Some providers process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

• Contract: running the game, your account and your subscription.
• Legitimate interest: improving the app, security and anti-fraud.
• Consent: personalized ads and tracking.

As long as your account exists. When you delete it, your data is erased unless the law requires us to keep it.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to some processing. You can delete your account in the app (Profile › Settings › Account). You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.

Sizr is not intended for children under 13.
